Credit: Kerill HutchingsWhiskey Bar – 509 Main St, Boise, Idaho 83702

  • 1 sliced cucumber – muddled
  • Dewar’s White Label Scotch Whiskey
  • 1/3 oz. Cherry Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 4 dashes Warn Reserve Barrel-aged Aromatic bitters
  • A few drops of Islay or Laphroaig Scotch Whiskey to float on top for fragrance (optional)


Instructions: Muddle cucumber, add 3 oz. Dewars White Label, 1/3 Cherry Brown Sugar Syrup, 4 dashes of Warn Reserve Aromatic Bitters in a cocktail shaker and pour into a martini glass. A few drops of Islay whiskey float on top. Enjoy!
