We believe in taking our time and doing things right. To us, that means selecting the best ingredients we can find, sourcing locally when possible, and developing recipes that capture the essence of nature. Idaho is our home and whenever feasible we want to showcase its charm in our products.
We source some of the best local ingredients around. We get our spirits and water from Koenig Distillery located in Caldwell, Idaho. We get fresh lavender from Red Chair Lavender in Eagle, ID. We use local Idaho roaster Hailey Coffee Company to create deep rich coffee flavors in our signature Coffee Pecan bitters. We also pick delicious cherries from Waterwheel Gardens in Emmett, Idaho, for our very popular Emmett Cherry Bitters.
