Meaty Marinade
- 2 ounces bourbon
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 Tsp Warn Reserve Barrel-aged Aromatic bitters
- 1 Tbsp apricot preserves
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 Tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1 Tsp tamari
Mix ingredients and soak your favorite meat for three - eight hours in the refrigerator.
