Cherry Ice Cream Float

• Vanilla ice cream (you can use chocolate, cherry or strawberry Ice cream too)
• 6-8 dashes Warn Reserve Barrel-aged Emmett Cherry bitters
• Cherry 7-Up (or your favorite Cherry Soda)
• Luxardo maraschino cherries

Scoop ice cream into a fountain glass, add bitters to soda and stir to incorporate. Pour soda over ice cream and garnish with Luxardo cherries!

**You can swap out cherry soda with orange soda and cherry bitters with orange bitters to make an orange cycle float!
