1 oz. Ginger Syrup 1 oz. Gin 4-5 Dashes Warn Reserve Orange bitters Champagne float Lemon Zest Twist Instructions: Add syrup, gin and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and top with your favorite champagne or sparkling wine. Add a lemon zest twist to garnish.

1.5 oz. Blanco Tequila .75 oz. Sweet Vermouth .25 oz. Ginger Syrup .25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 3-4 Dashes Warn Reserve Orange bitters Lemon Zest Twist   Instructions: Add ingredients (except citrus twist) to shaker with ice. Shake to combine. Pour into martini glass and garnish with citrus twist.
