Burnt Sugar Hot Buttered Rum
- 2 ounces dark rum (or local Bardenay Ginger Spiced Rum)
- 1 ounce Warn Reserve Burnt Sugar Syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 1 dash ground allspice
- 4 ounces hot water
- 2-3 dashes Warn Reserve bitters (Orange, Aromatic, or Ginger Root)
- Cinnamon Stick for garnish
Add Burnt Sugar, butter, and spices to the bottom of an Irish coffee glass or mug and muddle. Add rum and mix well. Top with hot water and 2-3 dashes Warn Reserve bitters (Orange, Aromatic, or Ginger Root). Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
