Bittersweet Symphony
Ingredients:

1.5 oz gin
-
0.75 oz Aperol
-
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
-
0.25 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
-
4 dashes Warn Reserve Orange Bitters
-
Sparkling water (to top)
-
Lemon twist or grapefruit peel (for garnish)
Method:

Shake:
In a shaker, combine gin, Aperol, lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters. Add ice and shake until chilled. -
Strain:
Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice. -
Top & Garnish:
Top with a splash of sparkling water for a little fizz. Garnish with a lemon twist or grapefruit peel for an aromatic finish.
