Southern Cold Brew Spritz

Ingredients:

1.5 oz cold brew coffee (unsweetened, smooth brew)

1 oz bourbon (optional: use a lighter-style bourbon or even a pecan-infused spirit)

0.5 oz orgeat (almond syrup, brings nuttiness and sweetness)

3-4 dashes Warn Reserve Barrel-Aged Coffee Pecan Bitters or West 509 (Spiced Almond Orgeat) Bitters

Sparkling water (to top)

Ice

Orange wheel or toasted pecan (for garnish)
Method:

Build it:
Fill a tall glass (highball or Collins) with ice.
Add cold brew, bourbon, orgeat, and Coffee Pecan or West 509 Bitters. -
Top it off:
Stir gently, then top with sparkling water for a light, fizzy finish. -
Garnish:
Add an orange wheel or a few toasted pecans on a cocktail pick for a playful touch.
