Huckleberry Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey

2 oz Warn Reserve Huckleberry Sour Mix

.5 oz simple syrup for extra sweetness (optional)

1 egg white (for texture and foam)

Garnish: lemon twist + fresh huckleberries
Instructions:

Add whiskey, huckleberry sour mix, and egg white to a shaker.

Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to build froth.

Add ice and shake again until well chilled (60 seconds).

Strain into a rocks glass over clear ice or strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist and a few fresh huckleberries.
