Huckleberry Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey

  • 2 oz Warn Reserve Huckleberry Sour Mix

  • .5 oz simple syrup for extra sweetness (optional)

  • 1 egg white (for texture and foam)

  • Garnish: lemon twist + fresh huckleberries

Instructions:

  1. Add whiskey, huckleberry sour mix, and egg white to a shaker.

  2. Dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to build froth.

  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled (60 seconds).

  4. Strain into a rocks glass over clear ice or strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist and a few fresh huckleberries.
